Our Commitment

M.R. Madonna and mrmadonna.com are committed to making this site accessible to the broadest practical audience, including readers who use assistive technology, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, captions, or reduced-motion settings.

Accessibility Standard

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practical for a small independent author site. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we review templates, navigation, forms, color contrast, headings, focus states, and media alternatives as the site evolves.

Measures We Take

Current accessibility measures include skip links, semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible navigation, descriptive alt text for meaningful images, visible focus styles, reduced-motion handling, labeled newsletter and contact forms, and mobile-responsive layouts.

Known Work in Progress

We continue to review newsletter forms, heading hierarchy, focus treatment, and older page templates as part of routine site maintenance. When an issue is identified, we prioritize fixes that affect core reader, subscriber, and contact workflows.
